The below “With Love, Philadelphia” billboard was written by Matt Ziselman of Manalapan, Pennsylvania. Matt was the final winner in the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation's billboard contest back in January. Look for it along Route 30 in South Jersey.
