Tom Whitman has two big ski outings schedule for the gay community - ELEVATION Utah on February 23rd and ELEVATION Mammoth March 14th. After 9 years of having created one of the most successful gay ski weeks in the world with ELEVATION Mammoth, Tom Whitman decided to take a gamble by adding a second gay ski week last year in a new location with ELEVATION Utah. Continuing the tradition of fun, friends and snow, ELEVATION Utah allowed gays to hit the slopes earlier in the season and at a new prime location that is more easily accessible to gays and lesbians around the country.
This year, ELEVATION Utah returns for it’s second year and ELEVATION Mammoth returns for its 10th year.
“Ten years ago I wanted to create a ski experience for gays and lesbians focused on a series of great events, great skiing with great friends. I’m thrilled that ELEVATION continues to grow each year and has now even expanded into a second gay ski week with Utah” says promoter Tom Whitman. “While the days on the slopes are cold, the nights are certainly hot.”

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of ELEVATION Mammoth, a few new key events for the week. On Friday, TWP will host Dixie Longate (your Tupperware Lady) for a “Night of Comedy”. The drag extraordinaire will perform her first ever ELEVATION comedy event which will be sure to have the boys rolling on the floor. The second celebratory event for Mammoth’s 10th will take place on Saturday with “Mostly Broadway” with David Burnham . Burnham is an award-winning singer and actor has performed in Broadway shows from Wicked to Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
