Jim Caiola and David Salama, who own L'Etage and Beau Monde at 6th & Bainbridge Streets in Philadelphia, have been approved by the New York's Parks & Recreation Department to take over NYC's iconic Tavern on the Green. The duo have been given a 20-year license and will open in the Fall of 2013.
