U Bar soft opening Wednesday

U Bar, formerly Uncles, in Philadelphia is shooting for a soft opening on Wednesday, September 5th.  The remodeled space includes a new sound system, bathrooms, windows, floors....well, everything but the bar!  Check it out this coming week.
