Red Owl Tavern & Stratus Lounge to “Take Off” in early-October

The Red Owl Tavern and Stratus Lounge will open in the new Hotel Monaco
Philadelphia on Thursday, October 4th.  The hotel is located at the center of the “most historic square mile” in America at 5th & Chestnut Streets. Executive Chef Guillermo Tellez, a 30-year veteran of kitchens from Chicago to Los Cabos and a James Beard award winner, will helm both.
