Soon to be elected PA Stare Representative, Brian Sims says he hates fundraising but it is unfortunately necessary. In order to make it fun, Sims is asking that you enter and vote on his 2012 Halloween costume.The Choices:

Each $10 donation is a vote. You can even vote more than
once, so if you want to contribute $50, that gets you five votes. Voting is open until 3pm next Friday (Oct. 26).
