The Henri David Ball is Philadelphia's Halloween tradition featuring some of the most outrageous costumes imaginable. This year's event will be held at the Sheraton Hotel located at 16th & Race Streets. The party kicks-off at 9pm and costs $25 for those and costume and $60 for voyeurs.
